HOW TO MAKE

 



EXAMPLE :

COFFEE BROWNIES 

INGREDIENTS :

- 125 grams of all purpose flour

- 6 eggs

- 50 gr cocoa powder

- 225 grams of sugar

- 1 tsp emusifier

- 175 ml of vegetable oil

- 100 gr chocolate blocks, chopped, melt and mix with oil

- 1 teaspoon ground coffee, dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water. Stir well until it forms a paste, let it cool

- 75 ml thick sweet cream


STEP BY STEP :

- Heat the steamer, prepare 2 pans, spread the butter and cover the parchment paper, set aside.

-Mix and sift flour and cocoa powder, set aside. Beat eggs, sugar and emulsifier until fluffy and thick.

- Enter the flour and cocoa powder mixture, stir gently until well blended.

- Pour in the mixture of oil and block chocolate, and coffee paste, stirring back using a spatula until it is completely blended.

- Take a little dough, about 75 gr, mix with thick sweet creamer, stir well.

- Pour 1/2 batter into the pan, steam for about 10 minutes. Open the steamer, pour the mixture mixed with creamer on top, steam for 5 minutes.

- Pour the rest of the dough and steam again until cooked, do a prick test.

- Remove, let warm and cool on a cooling rack, then give topping.
